As an LOA server, you will develop a strong knowledge of our service, hospitality, and company culture. This position provides the foundation for any potential future progress within our team.

Components for success at LOA:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physically capable of lifting at least 30 pounds
• Ability to work outside for an extended period
• Energetic, Positive, Can-do attitude
• Excellence in time management
• Committed & eager to learn & improve as a server
• Passion for hospitality & service
• Prefer (not required) 2 years of restaurant experience.
• An elevated, professional, and clean appearance.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge is a plus
• POS Experience (experience with Toast is a plus)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work harmoniously in a team environment
• Consistently extend hospitality to every guest
• Provide service in a timely manner
• Serve multiple guests at the same time
• Prepare, set up and reset the concept as needed
• Progressively grow and retain full knowledge of menus
• Protect & preserve company policy and standards
